More people than ever before in the U.S. are living with diabetes, which has caused the general and medical communities to become concerned. However, North Memorial has focused on this problem for quite some time. Many years ago, we identified diabetes as a major health care problem in our community. Therefore, we have designed programs that provide our patients with unsurpassed quality of diabetes care. In fact, our diabetes education program was one of the first in Minnesota to be recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting certain high standards of care.
These standards mean that you will receive personalized information and guidance from our staff of physicians and certified diabetes educators. At North Memorial, we believe strongly that each person's body, each person's diabetes, and therefore each person's care, is unique.
