As a member of the Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team, Brooke seeks to create an environment for patients that conveys comfort, authenticity, and respect. She recognizes how life changing a traumatic injury or event can be for an individual and will work tirelessly to earn patient confidence and trust throughout the recovery course. Her primary goal is to inform and empower patients in shared decision making about their treatment plan. Brooke enjoys making meaningful connections and being witness to patients as they progress on their healing journey.

Personal
Brooke is a Minnesota native who enjoys exploring the Twin Cities and spending time outdoors. Local lakes, trails and pubs are a favorite. She is a sports enthusiast who is all too familiar with the disappointment and heartbreaking losses only Minnesota teams know how to deliver. She is a grandpa at heart and finds joy in lawn and gardening chores, house projects, talking about the weather, and staring at birds in the yard. Admittedly her favorite part of the day is returning home to relax and watch a reality tv show or Netflix series. She loves dog snuggles in all forms, and when given the opportunity has plenty of tail wagging pup stories to share.
