Preparing for Your Visit
Prior to your appointment, here are some helpful tips:
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your visit
- Bring all of your medication bottles or a current list of medications
- Pay out-of-pocket expenses before you arrive or upon arrival to your appointment using MyChart. If you have questions about payment options, talk to your care team at your appointment or call our business office at your convenience at 763-581-4479.

Our specially trained pharmacists go beyond the usual pharmacist counseling to do an in-depth review of all your medications and make sure they are safe, working, and fit your lifestyle. Working with your care team to review your medications and health conditions offers another level of security and answers any questions you may have, plus helps you take your medications in the most effective ways. No referral is needed and, in most cases, your insurance will cover the cost of this service.
