Event Details
The North Memorial Heath Hospice Team invites you to our annual celebration of life service for those who passed away while receiving hospice care.
The event is free and will be held at Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove. All are welcome to attend.
Itinerary
- 4:00 p.m.: Refreshments and fellowship
- 4:45 p.m.: Program, guest speakers, and remembrance slideshow
Remembrance Slideshow
The program will include a remembrance slideshow that will feature photos of those who we’re honoring.
If you’d like your loved one to be included in the slideshow, please submit a single photo to memorytree@northmemorial.com by Thursday, May 21. Along with the photo, please include their name, year of birth and date of death.
