Personal
Dr. Gale grew up in New York. He did his medical school at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He did his surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin. He then went on to do a fellowship in surgical critical care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He then moved to Minneapolis and began working as an acute care surgeon.
Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife, also a physician, and his daughter and son.
