We offer comprehensive pediatrics-only care at North Memorial Health Clinic – Blaine for children ages 18 and under. From academic achievement concerns to acute and chronic illnesses, vaccinations to well-child checks, we are here to support children at any age and stage.

Comprehensive pediatrics-only care is also offered at North Memorial Health Clinic – Maple Grove. Additionally, we regularly see newborns, toddlers, kids, and teens at any of our clinics for primary care.

Rachel Hildebrand, DO

Dr. Rachel Hildebrand uses her pediatric knowledge and evidence-based guidelines to partner with families in understanding their child’s health goals. She specializes in travel medicine, mental health, preventive pediatrics, global health, and adolescent health – including LGBTQ health, menstrual difficulties, and contraception counseling.

Mandy Nelson, MD, MS

Dr. Mandy Nelson works with her patients and their families to personalize each child’s medical care. She brings together evidence-based medicine and the needs of her patients to identify what is best for each individual. She has a special interest in newborn care, especially NICU graduates, adolescent health, children with developmental differences, and complex care.

Mike Neutkens, MPAS, PA-C

Mike Neutkens considers it a privilege working with children and their families every day to help keep them healthy and happy. From newborns to teenagers, every age presents unique developmental stages and challenges, and really enjoys helping families navigate these childhood stages.
