Community Connection: Trauma Survivors Support Group
Join us on the third Wednesday of every month in Robbinsdale.
Our Community Connect group is for survivors, such as patients, their family, and the community, to connect and rebuild after a traumatic physical injury.
Peer support groups are designed to provide individuals with a safe space to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. These groups foster a sense of community, understanding, and empowerment among participants.
There is no cost to attend this support group, but registration is required. Select a date below to register.
