Tammy Danielson (they/she) believes in meeting each patient where they are and working together to find solutions for physical and mental health. Tammy was drawn to work in primary care because they enjoy working with people on long term goals and collaborating to achieve them. Tammy works with a variety of people from many backgrounds and strives to make each patient feel welcome. Along with primary care, Tammy also provides gender affirming care to adolescents and adults, including puberty blockers and gender affirming hormones. Tammy strives to provide a safe environment for every patient and welcomes all questions.

Personal
Tammy grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota several years ago. Tammy lives in Minneapolis with their family. They enjoy biking, camping, paddling, traveling, and playing video/board games.
