Once again, Minnesota Monthly has released its Top Doctors list – an annual recognition of the physicians who were most frequently named by fellow colleagues for their outstanding care and expertise. North Memorial Health is proud to have six of our doctors included, representing both the hospital and clinic setting – a testament to the excellence across our organization.
“We are incredibly proud to celebrate our six providers named 2025 Minnesota Monthly Top Doctors,” said Dr. Carolyn Ogland, President and Chief Medical Officer at North Memorial Health. “Their expertise spans a remarkable range of specialties – from hospital medicine and endocrinology to oncology and cardiothoracic surgery – reflecting the depth and excellence of care we provide. These physicians exemplify the compassion, innovation, and clinical leadership that define North Memorial Health. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding team of providers serving our community.”

Dr. Mark Solfelt is a thoracic surgeon committed to providing the highest quality surgical care using innovation, skill and compassion.
