Pregnancy and Baby Care Guide
This guide is given to all expectant mothers who will be delivering at North Memorial. This guide provides information about pregnancy, labor, care for you and your baby, nutrition, exercises, community resources and much more. It also includes general information about North Memorial, our Family Birth Place and discharge procedures.
This guide should be brought with you when you come to North Memorial to deliver your baby. We will use it as the foundation for your education during your stay.
