Understanding Grief
A 90-minute presentation and video to help people understand what to expect and what they can do in the months to come following the death of a loved one. First Wednesday of the month, 2:30 p.m. Call for room location.

Family and Friends Loss Support
Eight sessions for those who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives.

Spouse Loss Support
Eight sessions for those who have experienced the death of a spouse (day and evening sessions available).

Continued Support
A program for those who have completed the Spouse or Family and Friends Loss Support Group.

First Monday
A casual lunch-time get together for those widowed less than two years. Held the first Monday of each month at The Crossings in Brooklyn Center. Reservations required.

Children and Parents Loss Support
Eight sessions for children ages 5-12 who have experienced the death of a family member (parents' group meets at the same time).

Teen/Young Adult Loss Support
Eight sessions for people 13 years old through young adulthood who have experienced the death of a family member (parent's group meets at the same time).

Getting Through the Holidays After a Loved One Has Died
A 90-minute presentation designed to help people deal with the loss of a loved one during the holidays and other special occasions. Offered late November and early December. Call after November 1 for specific dates.
