Patient Representatives
A patient representative is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to address any questions or concerns you or a family member may have. During evenings, weekends and holidays, questions should be directed to the nursing administrative manager. All conversations are held in strict confidence, and every effort is made to resolve problems.
