To schedule a screening or diagnostic appointment at the Hope Chest Breast Center of North Memorial, call (763) 520-7193.
Appointments are available: Monday, 7:30am - 4:30pm; Tuesday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm; and every other Thursday, 7:00am - 7:40pm.
For a screening mammogram, no referral is necessary, but we do need the name of your physician so that we can send him/her your results.
For a diagnostic mammogram, we need an order from your physician.
We accept most major health care insurance plans.
