The staff includes three board-certified nurses specializing in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers and care management for persons with wounds, ostomies and continence disorders.

Wound Care

We treat a wide range of common and complex wounds, with services that include:

  • Treatment of  pressure ulcers, arterial ulcers, non-healing extremity ulcers, venous ulcers and diabetic ulcers

  • Non-healing surgical wounds

Ostomy Care

We serve new ostomy patients and those with established ostomy care who may be seeking a new clinic. Our ostomy care services include:

  • Stoma site selection/preoperative stoma marking
  • Complex appliance assessment and selection
  • Pre- and postoperative ostomy education
  • Treatment of peristomal skin complications
  • Dietary counseling related to ostomy

Continence Care 

Services for patients with urinary and fecal incontinence include:

  • Appropriate medical product selection and recommendation
  • Complex skin care related to incontinence associated dermatitis (IAD)
  • Teach intermittent/self catheterization
