Experiencing the death of a loved one is disorienting and extremely difficult for many people trying to cope. We understand the struggle with grief can be lonely and we’re here to help.
YOGA FOR GRIEF
Let go deeply, open your heart, shed layers, relax, heal, and rejuvenate through gentle stretching and creative movement.
Alexandra, RN, BSN, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher will guide you through an hour yoga session consisting of gentle postures, healing mudras, mantras, music, mindful awareness, and deep relaxation. Alexandra’s Yoga for Grief is deeply healing and rejuvenating. Embrace self-care this fall and register for a 4 week Yoga for Grief series with Alexandra.

Participants should be at least two months beyond the death of their loved one. If you need support sooner, please call us to discuss individual meetings or other sources of support.
Each group consists weekly meetings for education and support. New groups form several times per year.

- Spouse Grief Support Group
The group meets from 10:30 a.m. to Noon at our Terrace Mall office. Click here to register online or call 763-581-9590.
- Mindful Grieving
This is an 8-week support group where you will learn the basics of mindfulness, including Meditation and Self-Compassion. Participants will learn how to experience their grief with a sense of being open and present while also accessing their natural abilities to heal. (Mindfulness is based on practices found in many spiritual traditions and currently taught in community health and education centers around the world.) Meetings are held at our Terrace Mall office. INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY GRIEF COUNSELING
A more individualized approach to your grief process might be indicated if any of the following are true.
- You prefer a one-to-one setting instead of large or small groups.
- A trauma or tragedy occurred.
- You are alone or isolated.

MIND BODY SKILLS GROUPS
These groups offer a powerful and effective combination of research-based healing therapies that naturally support our well-being. These therapies focus on dealing with life changes, stress, illness, grief and loss, all while achieving balance.
This group is for you if you would like to:
Reduce stress ∙ Promote healing ∙ Increase self-awareness ∙ Enhance self-care ∙ Manage grief and loss ∙ Relax, and Practice mindful techniques while maintaining a sense of well-being in an intimate group setting.
