Dr. M. Angelique Struyk is a family physician with special interest in comprehensive patient care including obstetrics and pediatrics. She is board-certified by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

Dr. Struyk received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995 and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice, North Memorial Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and the Minnesota Medical Association. Her personal interests include camping, hiking, canoeing, running, tennis, swimming and biking as well as gourmet cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband, three children and two yellow labs.
