Scheduling a Sleep Study
It is recommended that you work with your primary care provider to obtain a referral to the Sleep Center. If you do not have a primary care provider the Sleep Health Center will assist you in scheduling an appointment with a sleep specialist. Your physician is welcome to call the Sleep Health Center for more information. Results of the sleep study are provided to your referring health care provider.
Most insurance plans cover the cost of a sleep study. You are encouraged to contact your health care plan to determine your coverage details.
The results of your sleep study are determined by a board certified sleep physician. All patients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with one of our sleep specialists to review the results of the sleep study and determine ongoing care. Treatment options may include: CPAP, medication therapy, cognitive therapy, oral appliance, and other treatment options as appropriate. We want to make sure your experience is a success story.
