Founded in 1994, SafeJourney provides a variety of direct services, advocacy, assessment, intervention, prevention and education to assist individual victims of abuse as well as the larger community. SafeJourney serves patients of North Memorial, usually residents of the northern and western Twin Cities' suburbs and Minneapolis' North side.
