Dr. Prebonich is a board certified internal medicine physician. He is also a certified clinical densitometrist with special interests in bone density and osteoporosis.

Dr. Prebonich earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and served with distinction there as chief resident. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He has been named on numerous occasions in the "Twin Cities Magazine" Top Doctors. His professional affiliations include the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Minnesota Medical Association, the Hennepin County Medical Society and the International Society for Clinical Densitometry. Dr. Prebonich is married with four children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, scuba diving and motorcycles.
