How does online diagnosis work?

  • Use a computer, tablet or smartphone at anytime 24/7 to register or login
  • Enter symptoms and submit (5 minute questionairre like at a Dr.'s office)
  • Get a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription when appropriate within an hour, 7 days per week, 7AM - 8PM.

Who provides the diagnosis?

A board-certified clinician receives and reviews North eCare patient information and symptoms to provide a diagnosis that is unique to the care needs of the individual.  

 Is it safe to get a diagnosis online?

Yes. Diagnosis is provided by clinicians for common health conditions that can be safely diagnosed and treated online like:

  • Asthma Refill

  • Eczema

How much does an online visit cost?

$25. This fee applies only when the health condition is diagnosed online. If it is determined that the condition cannot be safely diagnosed online, North Memorial is in touch ASAP to ensure the level of care needed is communicated and care options are completely addressed.

Will my insurance cover my online visit?

Medica Vantage members receive a discount from their insurance carrier. Other insurance plans vary. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to speak with a plan administrator to address questions regarding insurance coverage.
