Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

North Memorial Urgent Care offers urgent care services to our patients on a walk-in, no appointment basis.

Roseville also offers Occupational Medicine services.

Urgent Care is not an Emergency Room.

Please go the the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you are experiencing any of these serious and possibly life threatening symptoms:

  • Chest pain or chest heaviness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Facial arm/leg weakness
  • Slurred speech
  • Confusion
  • Sudden or severe abdominal pain
  • Serious cuts or burns
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Sudden severe headache
  • Feelings of doom
  • Suicidal feelings
  • Severe allergic reaction

NOTE: If your Urgent Care provider determines that you must be transferred to an Emergency Department, you will be charged for your Urgent Care visit in addition to any Emergency Department and transportation charges. North Memorial Urgency Center can also care many of the same conditions as an emergency room at a lower cost.

North Memorial’s Urgent Care services are staffed by medical doctors and advance practice providers. We treat a number of urgent care conditions, including:

  • Rash, poison Ivy
