Hospital Parking Ramp
Patients and visitors may park in the hospital ramp. The hospital parking ramp is always open and an hourly fee is charged. This ramp is connected to the hospital and is accessible from Oakdale Avenue. There is handicapped parking on all levels. Motorcycles or bicycles have designated areas. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles. Contact the Parking Office for oversized vehicle permits or any other parking questions at 763-581-2335.

Discount parking passes are available for sale in the Gift Shop on the Plazal Level of the hospital. Discount Parking Tickets are sold in groups of 3 for $10 or 5 for $15 and may be purchased in one of the gift shops. As you leave the parking ramp, insert the ticket you received when you arrived. Then, when the machine indicates the parking fee, insert a Discount Parking Ticket and the gate will open. Discount Parking Tickets do not expire, can be shared with others and may be used at the Hospital or Oakdale Medical Building Ramp.
Free Lot Parking and Shuttle
Additional parking is available in the Terrace Mall parking lot. This lot is adjacent to the North Memorial Outpatient Center, with free shuttle pick up locations by the ATM machine, the building front entrance, and the glass bus shelter near the frontage road. The free shuttle to and from the Terrace Mall parking lot is available Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (no weekends/holidays).
A parking attendant is available to park your car at no charge if you are bringing a patient to the Emergency Department. Hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
When you park a vehicle, remove cellular phones, portable electronics and other valuable possessions. Do not leave gift-wrapped packages or cameras lying on the seat. Lock all valuables where they are out of sight or take them with you. North Memorial is not responsible for stolen items or damage to your vehicle.
North Memorial Security Officers are on duty 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies and to escort patients and visitors to and from the parking ramp or to the shuttle lot after 5:30 p.m. Please call 763-581-2160 if you would like an escort.
