Geriatric and internal medicine are specialties directed to help older patients, assisting them in long-term health maintenance and chronic condition management. When the scope of a patient’s care requires it, our family medicine providers refer to both specialists and hospital care.

North Memorial primary care clinics are located throughout the Twin Cities metro area and offer walk-in, no-appointment service. Most insurance is accepted.
