North Memorial Opens Phase I of New Maple Grove Health Campus

(Sept. 27, 2007 – Maple Grove, Minn.) – North Memorial announces the opening of the North Memorial Medical Office Building in Maple Grove, marking the first step in bringing health care closer to residents living in Maple Grove and the surrounding communities. This new facility is located on North Memorial’s Maple Grove Health Campus at 9825 Hospital Drive, Maple Grove, MN.

The North Memorial Medical Office Building offers a wide range of health care services and provides access to primary care physicians and specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedics, oncology, general surgery and more. Current tenants include:

• Cardiovascular Consultants • Oakdale OB/GYN

• Humphrey Cancer Center • Paparella Ear, Head & Neck

• Maple Medical Center • Platinum Health

• Metro Urology • Respiratory Consultants, Sleep & Lung

• North Clinic • Specialists in General Surgery

• Northwest Orthopedic Surgeons • Mark P. Stesin, MD, PA, endocrinology

• Oakdale Ear, Nose & Throat

The North Memorial Maple Grove Health Campus is being developed in two phases:

Phase I

• North Memorial Medical Office Building (now open)

• North Memorial Outpatient Center (opening December 2007)

o Services: surgery center, endoscopy center, urgent care and imaging

Phase II

• Maple Grove Hospital

o Services: emergency care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, heart, oncology, orthopedics, behavioral health services and more.

North Memorial has provided more than 50 years of service to communities in the northwest metro and is expanding its services to better serve residents in these communities. North Memorial’s new Maple Grove Health Campus is conveniently located east of I-94 off the Maple Grove Parkway exit. The campus includes the North Memorial Medical Office Building (now open), North Memorial Outpatient Center (opening December 2007) and Maple Grove Hospital (opening December 2009). All three facilities will be connected, providing easy access and convenience for patients.
