North Memorial's Men's Health is a popular annual event that features free health screenings, a light meal and a program with health care experts who discuss health issues as they pertain to men.
This year's topics include:
- Common Syndromes Affecting Digestion
- Coping with Psychological Issues as You Age
- Urinary Changes and Prostate Health
- Ways to Keep Your Lungs and Heart Healthy
- Bone and Joint Health
At the pre-program health fair, you will have the opportunity to learn more about your health through free screenings, including:
- Blood Pressure Checks
- Blood Sugar (glucose) testing
- Cancer Awareness
- Heart and Stroke Risk Assessments (available for men only)
