North Memorial Education Center (Terrace Mall)
From County Rd. 81, go west on 36th Ave. North. Turn left onto the Frontage Road off of 36th Ave. N. on the Hwy. 81 side of the Terrace Mall. Park in front of the Blockbuster Video. Walk west down the one-way street past Blockbuster Video. North Memorial Education Center is the third door on the left. Parking is also available on the west side of the building off France Ave. and 35th.
