To pay a bill online, please have your statement available, as you will need to provide an account number, contact information and payment account information. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or e-check (direct from bank account).

To make arrangements for access to your medical record or to request paper copies, please contact Health Information Management at 763-520-7343.
