Dr. Amy Kolar enjoys all aspects of emergency medicine and the diversity of patients she sees but has special interests in pediatrics, violence prevention and concussion management.

Dr. Kolar is a Twin Cities native and currently lives in Edina. She loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and their four children, Jane, Luke, Joe and Molly. In her free time, she enjoys playing and watching sports, outdoor activities such as kayaking, camping, biking, traveling and cooking. Amy is actively involved in a number of volunteer activities in her local community as well as through various larger organizations such as Girls Scouts, Sharing and Caring Hands, Friends of the Orphans and several international medical relief organizations.
