Dr. Kristen Helvig is a board-certified family medicine physician with clinical interests in nutrition, preventive medicine, obstetrics and education.

Dr. Helvig has undergraduate degrees in English writing and German from Concordia College in Moorhead. She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and did her residency through the North Memorial family medicine residency program. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, running, camping, hiking, travel, cooking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
