Dr. Michael Grouws is a board certified internal medicine physician. He enjoys focusing on lifestyle management and nutrition, in addition to medications, to help patients maintain good health.

Dr. Grouws graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School, in his hometown, Columbia, Missouri. He completed both an internship and residency at the University of Iowa. Dr. Grouws' professional affiliations include the American College of Physicians, the Minnesota Medical Association, the Hennepin Medical Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Participating in triathlons and marathons has led him to enjoy a focus on lifestyle management and nutrition in addition to medications in helping patients maintain good health.
