North Memorial-Urgent Care

Dr. Flynn is a graduate of St. Olaf College, Mayo Medical School, and the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Family Medicine.  Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, he is member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), the American Academy of Family Practice and Minnesota Academy of Family Practice.­ He is a certified Commercial Driver Medical Examiner on the NRCME (National Registry of Commercial Medical Examiners). From 1984 -2000, Dr. Flynn served the Mayo Health System – Arcadia, Wisconsin Campus, practicing Family and Industrial Medicine.  Since 2000, he has been practicing Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine at North Memorial, and currently serves as Medical Director of Occupational Medicine and Convenience Care. His personal interests include social justice advocacy, affordable housing, state and national politics, the BWCA, Bach and hot fudge (not necessarily in that order).
