Dr. Elder is a sports enthusiast with two teenage boys and a very busy family life. His wife, Missy, is a triathlete and fitness enthusiast. His summers are busy coaching a very high level travel baseball team in Minnetonka where his family lives and his boys attend school. He still plays hockey regularly and tries his best to stay in shape despite his busy schedule.
