Christopher Carlson is board-certified in family medicine and has a special interest in international medicine.

Dr. Carlson completed his undergraduate work at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed a family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota in the North Memorial Family Residency program. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians, Minnesota Medical Association and American Medical Association. Dr. Carlson has been a canoe guide in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, a research assistant at Mayo Clinic and a volunteer physician in Madagascar. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cross-country skiing, playing guitar, reading and photography.
